Max Crescenzi	Max Crescenzi Max is originally from Rome, Italy. He received his degree in Linguistics before moving to Boca Raton, Florida in 1985. He is an established and well-respected businessman residing in Palm Beach County for the past 22 years. Max has been successful at owning, operating and optimally selling several businesses, which led him to a career in business brokerage. As a seasoned entrepreneur he knows the buyers and sellers objectives firsthand. Max is a recipient of multiple sales awards including the 2005 Top Gun, 2006 Top Dealmaker Award #1 in Florida, 2007 Million Dollar Plus Award, crediting him as a Top Professional in the field of Business Brokering. Patricia Anne Crescenzi	Patricia Anne Crescenzi Tricia is a native of the Palm Beaches. Prior to her association with Award Business Brokers FL, Inc. Tricia was an Account Supervisor for Laino and Vaughn, one of South Florida's largest Advertising Agencies. Her responsibilities included contract negotiations, marketing and production. Account credits included Braman Motor Cars, Palm Tran, The Florida Culinary Institute as well as many small businesses. Her knowledge and experience associated with business acquisitions and business sales has gained her respect in the field of Business Brokerage. Carl Lichtman	Carl Lichtman Carl Lichtman has a Bachelor’s degree from CCNY and a Doctoral degree in Psychology from Columbia University. He has worked as an elementary school teacher for NYC Public Schools for 5 years and has worked in his own private practice as a NJ Licensed Psychologist for 25 years. He has taught in a number of Colleges. In the North, he has taught Psychology in Felician College, Montclair State University, and William Patterson University. Mark Selinger	Mark Selinger High School:  Jamaica High School, Queens, New York  1970  College:         School of Visual Arts, New York, New York 1970-1972                        Studied advertising, photography and film. 33 year resident of Florida  35 years furniture retail  25 year CEO of 6-Store chain, furniture retail.
